E-Z-GO RXV 48V — Fleet Unit #14
Controller throwing OBC fault codes. Battery pack at 41.2V under load — three cells dead. Rear brake drums glazed, left rear wheel bearing seized.
Replaced Delta-Q charger, rebuilt pack with six new 8V Trojan T-875s, turned drums, pressed new bearing. Back on rotation in 16 hours.


Club Car Precedent i2 — Private Owner
Lifted 6" on A-arm kit, 23" tires. Motor running hot — 185°F at operating temp. Owner had added aftermarket lights on a tapped 12V accessory line that was drawing from the main pack.
Installed dedicated DC-DC converter for accessories, rewired lighting harness with proper gauge, recalibrated speed controller for tire height. Motor runs at 147°F now.


Yamaha Drive2 QuieTech — Course Fleet
Six carts needed tournament certification by Thursday 5 PM. Varied issues: three with soft brakes, one with intermittent loss of power, two needing tire/wheel refresh for appearance.
Bleed and adjust brakes fleet-wide, trace intermittent fault to corroded battery terminal on unit 7, mount and balance four new 18×8.5-8 tires on units 3 and 6. All six certs passed.
